Historical tour 1

During a tour full of emotions, the history of Berlin is experienced through its architectural monuments, from the 18th to the 21st century: the foundation of the empire; the revolutions of this period; the wars; the construction of the Wall and its fall; the reunification of the divided Berlin in the post-war period and several other events of relevance to the city that were also staged in this section covered during the tour: Government district; Brandenburgertor; Tiergarten park; memorial to the Sinti and Roma (gypsies); memorial to the European Jewish Victims of the Holocaust; where was Hitler's Bunker; to Potsdamer Platz, the Topography of Terror and a section of the Wall and finally Checkpoint Charlie.

This tour can include a visit to the dome of the Reichstag, the building of the German Parliament, which is visited annually by more than a million people, coming from different parts of the world. The tour includes a visit to an observation deck on the 24th floor of the Kollhoff-Tower building, on Potsdamer Platz, from where you can have a wide view of Berlin

*The visit to the Reichstag dome needs to be booked in advance. Areas Berlin takes care of this, but requires in advance the date of birth and full name of all visitors in the group.

The tour lasts approximately 4 hours and is done on foot.
